Sunrise Bay, Emaar Beachfront, Dubai Harbour
Some places just feel right before you even unpack your bags. This two bedroom apartment at Sunrise Bay Tower 2 Emaar Beachfront had that effect on me when I stepped inside. You can almost hear the water nearby and the light just pours in from these big windows. Sometimes when you look out you get a near perfect view of the Palm and if you like that sort of evening calm the wrap around balcony is honestly hard to leave. I've lingered out there longer than I expected just watching the city in the distance and the changing sky. Even sitting in the living area you feel a sense of space because the open plan layout connects the kitchen dining and lounge in a way that never feels boxed in. The kitchen here actually makes you want to use it which is not always the case in rental places. If you like cooking or just want your coffee by the window in the morning this space works. The cabinets fit your stuff without that never ending shuffle and there is enough countertop so you do not feel cramped.
Both bedrooms are genuinely roomy. You could actually spread out a bit and not bump into things which I notice not everywhere in Dubai gets right. The main bedroom has its own bathroom that you can keep just for you which comes handy when you need a little privacy or if you just need your morning slower. You might notice how quiet it gets in here too especially at night. There is a kind of gentle hush even though you are close to the city. Sometimes you can hear the soft sound of the waves in the distance if you stand near the glass or leave the door cracked open. The second bedroom does not feel like a backup either. It is comfortable enough for guests or even a home office if you work hybrid or from home.
Living at Emaar Beachfront is a bit like being on holiday but you still get your normal routine. You have a private beach right down the lift so you can walk out in the evening or even at sunrise if you are up early. I have seen families going for gentle swims in the mornings and sometimes kids building sandcastles at sunset. There is a gym that is actually good no old machines here and it has natural light so you do not get that boxed in feeling. The swimming pool feels fresh and never gets that crowded because the community keeps it relaxed. Some even read a book by the pool while the breeze from the shore makes you almost forget your phone inside.
If you love a good café the coffee shop is barely a few minutes walk. There is always someone coming in from a morning jog or sitting outside in the shade. Groceries are close too you do not really have to plan every trip. And being part of Emaar Beachfront you get this safe peaceful feeling but it is just a quick drive from Dubai Marina and the main roads. Sometimes on weekends I have watched folks heading out to the Marina or planning dinner on the Palm and everything is within easy reach it just feels easy.
You will notice most people here just seem to be comfortable with the pace maybe because it is right by the water or maybe it is the layout of these apartments with their soft corners and simple finishes. It does not scream luxury but it honestly feels like it.
This apartment is unfurnished so you have a clean slate. You can make it fit your style not just live around someone else's choices. The balcony faces toward those sunsets you see in magazines and honestly it is worth seeing once in person if you ask me.
I always think that you cannot really know a place until you walk inside and just hang out for a bit. If you are curious or if you just want to feel it for yourself let me know. At LuxuryProperty.com we are always here if you want to visit or just have questions. The right home is sometimes just a feeling. Come and see if this apartment at Sunrise Bay Tower 2 is yours.
