Some places just feel right before you even unpack your bags. This two bedroom apartment at Sunrise Bay Tower 2 Emaar Beachfront had that effect on me when I stepped inside. You can almost hear the water nearby and the light just pours in from these big windows. Sometimes when you look out you get a near perfect view of the Palm and if you like that sort of evening calm the wrap around balcony is honestly hard to leave. I've lingered out there longer than I expected just watching the city in the distance and the changing sky. The swimming pool feels fresh and never gets that crowded because the community keeps it relaxed. Some even read a book by the pool while the breeze from the shore makes you almost forget your phone inside.

If you love a good café the coffee shop is barely a few minutes walk. There is always someone coming in from a morning jog or sitting outside in the shade. Sometimes on weekends I have watched folks heading out to the Marina or planning dinner on the Palm and everything is within easy reach it just feels easy.

You will notice most people here just seem to be comfortable with the pace maybe because it is right by the water or maybe it is the layout of these apartments with their soft corners and simple finishes. It does not scream luxury but it honestly feels like it.

This apartment is unfurnished so you have a clean slate. You can make it fit your style not just live around someone else's choices. The balcony faces toward those sunsets you see in magazines and honestly it is worth seeing once in person if you ask me.
