Beach Vista, Emaar Beachfront, Dubai Harbour
Some places just slow you down the second you open the door and I got that feeling in this two bedroom apartment at Beach Vista inside Emaar Beachfront. Maybe it is the quiet sound from the sea or just the way the natural light pours in. Whatever it is you just want to take a breath and let yourself relax for a minute. Dubai Marina is right in your line of sight through these tall bright windows and then if you turn your head a little you see the Palm Jumeirah and blue open water stretching way out. There are a lot of expensive apartments in Dubai but not so many really make you feel like the ocean is just right there for you.
While you walk through this apartment you start to see how it is more than just a pretty space. Every area feels thought out. The living room is wide open and honest it makes you want to just pull up a chair and slow down your evening maybe with a cup of tea while you watch the sky change colors. The sun just finds its way into every corner in here. One of my favorite parts is the balcony which goes all the way along the length of the apartment. There are no awkward walls to block your view so you get that Palm Jumeirah and Dubai Harbour view in every single room. I could honestly see someone just spending their weekends stretched out on the balcony with a book or sharing a slow dinner with friends as that sea breeze moves right through. Sometimes you even catch the smell of salt in the air and it just feels right. More than a few times I found myself wanting to leave my phone inside and just listen to the waves.
The kitchen feels real and usable not just thrown in for show. There is plenty of counter space and enough room to actually cook a meal. You wake up early here I bet you would want to make your own coffee just for that sunrise. It is unfurnished at the moment which is actually kind of exciting since you get a real blank canvas. You can make it your own kind of place without any leftover style from someone else. Even with nothing inside the quality stands out. The bedrooms feel private but thanks to those full height windows you are never cut off from the view. In the main bedroom you have a walk in shower and overall a bathroom that just makes the morning feel less rushed. The second bathroom gives you a proper tub for whenever you want to unwind. Every time I checked behind a cabinet or opened a door there was some sort of hidden storage so you actually have places to put stuff without feeling cluttered.
But really what sticks with you is the way the rooms open up onto that huge balcony. You can just imagine the sunrise or watching the city wake up. Living in Emaar Beachfront you actually do get private beach access. I stepped outside to check and the beach is clean quiet and right there so even on weekdays you could just slip down and feel the sand. There is a good sized infinity pool with plenty of space and most days it is pretty peaceful. Sometimes you see kids playing or a small family BBQ going on downstairs which just makes it feel livable and real.
When you step into Emaar Beachfront the whole community feels fresh and well put together. Everything you need really is close. Grocery stores coffee shops and small little places for a quick bite are always nearby. Evenings sometimes there are kids biking around or neighbors taking slow walks along the promenade. If you need to get into the city you are about five minutes from Sheikh Zayed Road so getting to places like Palm Jumeirah and Bluewaters is easy but you still feel like you are in your own world.
It is tough to get the vibe of a place from just words. The only way to know if this two bedroom Dubai Harbour apartment is the right fit is to step out onto that balcony or feel the sea breeze for yourself. If you want to have a look or even just talk it through reach out any time. At LuxuryProperty.com we really just want to help you find somewhere that fits your life not just a fancy looking apartment in a brochure.
All the details you need about your favorite property, neatly packed into one handy file.
