Grocery stores coffee shops and small little places for a quick bite are always nearby. Evenings sometimes there are kids biking around or neighbors taking slow walks along the promenade. If you need to get into the city you are about five minutes from Sheikh Zayed Road so getting to places like Palm Jumeirah and Bluewaters is easy but you still feel like you are in your own world.
