Golf Suites, Dubai Hills, Dubai Hills Estate
Some places seem to just put you at ease as soon as you open the door. This two bedroom apartment in Golf Suites at Dubai Hills Estate is one of those. I walked in recently and honestly had to pause for a minute because it just felt so open and inviting. The sunlight comes right in through these big floor to ceiling windows and seems to bounce around the living room, making everything look bright and simple. There is an L shaped balcony too and when you stand out there you can actually see all the way to the Burj Khalifa and the Dubai skyline in the distance. The views are just always shifting with the light. I stayed out there longer than I thought I would, just sort of watching the city in the distance and listening to how peaceful everything felt.
This apartment sits on a low floor and it is on a corner, so you never get that boxed in feeling that some apartments can have. Instead it feels quiet and homely, even before you have added your own touches. The way the space is laid out inside, everything just flows. The living area blends into a real dining space and then the kitchen is right there but not in the way. Sometimes in show homes the kitchens just look unused, but here it feels different. The surfaces are clean and everything you need for a proper meal is right there. You could easily see yourself cooking something real or just making a coffee in the morning with the sun coming up on the balcony.
Both bedrooms are bigger than you might expect. There is space to spread out and closets that actually hold everything. One thing I noticed is how each bedroom has its own little spot that catches the light during some part of the day. Even with the city close by, you get this sense of retreat and quiet in the bedrooms. If you work from home or just want somewhere you can unwind, it works.
Now, the rooftop infinity pool at Golf Suites is probably the place you find yourself again and again. Some afternoons are better spent just floating there and looking over the golf course, catching the breeze and watching everyone else get on with their day. It feels very private and open at the same time. Sometimes you see neighbors you know, sometimes it is just you and the sun. There is also a decent gym in the building and the shared spaces are looked after, which I think makes the building feel less like a block of units and more like its own little neighborhood.
Location really helps too. Dubai Hills Estate has this reputation for feeling quiet but still being near everything. Pop out for a run and you will see people jogging on the shaded paths or families sitting in the little parks. There is always plenty of space, even when the estate is busy. The Dubai Hills Mall is just close enough that you could honestly leave the car and walk over for groceries, coffee or a quick dinner. Sometimes you see kids cycling, other times it is all about the weekend brunch spots. If you need to get to Downtown Dubai, the Marina or even the airport, it is all straightforward from here, no stress about traffic or long drives. Life feels smoother somehow.
Even though this is an unfurnished apartment, that blank canvas is part of the appeal. You get to put your stamp on it, and with the views and all that sunlight, it is the kind of space that changes with you. And I keep coming back to the vibe at Golf Suites, maybe because you see people actually living here, not just passing through. That is rare in Dubai sometimes.
If you want a real look or just to ask a few questions, send a message whenever. You only really know if a place fits by coming in and feeling it for yourself. And honestly, at LuxuryProperty.com we just want your next Dubai home to feel right from the start. Stop by any time.
