The first thing I notice is how much light pours in everywhere. It feels awake in a relaxed sort of way. You can see the Burj Khalifa right from your living room so you do not really have to look for reminders of where you are. You just know you are at the absolute heart of Dubai.

The building itself is easy to reach whether you are coming back from work in Business Bay or popping out to the Financial Centre for lunch or coffee. I actually used the indoor direct access to Dubai Mall which is pretty unique. You really can just walk straight into the world's biggest mall without ever stepping into the heat. And if you know Downtown Dubai, you will know that matters more than you think sometimes. Sheikh Zayed Road and Al Khail Road are close by too so if you need to get across town, it is actually simple.

Stepping inside the apartment, it does not feel like one of those cookie cutter places. This is a fully upgraded home with high quality finishing and there is that real sense someone cared about the materials and the details. Sometimes you see families strolling in the evening and it sort of reminds you what makes this neighbourhood feel alive but settled at the same time.

This is a place that is ready for someone to move in and just get started. And with the upgrades already done, you do not need to worry about fixing a thing. Is it perfect for everyone Probably not. But if you want light, views and proper convenience then I think you might just slow down and look around when you step inside too.
