Building 25, CityWalk Residential, City Walk
Some homes just slow you down as you walk in. You know the feeling. It happened to me with this two bedroom apartment in City Walk Building 25. The afternoon light was pouring over the big living room and all I could think was this spot actually gets used. Not the kind of place that sits empty all day. If you like the City Walk vibe you probably already know how close you are to everything. Coffee shops right downstairs. There are always families out with strollers and people heading off to meet friends. You pretty much step outside and you are in the heart of it all. City Walk Dubai is busy enough to give you things to do but never feels too much. Honestly even on a Friday evening you still find a quiet corner if you want it.
So this is a two bedroom apartment for rent and you will notice as soon as you walk inside it is bigger than a lot of places nearby. The built up area is one thousand seven hundred and eight square feet but that number does not really capture it. You feel it more than you see it. In a lot of new flats in Dubai things just feel sharp and a bit cold. Not here. Something about this place just feels softer. The open plan living and dining is really easy. I watched a group of friends chatting on the sofa and it looked like they had made this their spot. You might notice yourself sinking into one of those couches and just letting time pass. The kitchen is open to the living space which makes a big difference. If you cook you will probably enjoy actually using it. It is set up for real meals not just for heating up takeaway. Smooth surfaces and not a fuss in sight. I can see someone trying out recipes here and not just using the oven once a month. A lot of people rent in City Walk and end up eating out every night but I feel like this one could turn into a real home kitchen for you.
Bedrooms matter more than most people admit. Both of them here are truly quiet. I tried the window just to see what the city sounds like. Enough city hum so you do not feel cut off but the noise never gets in. That is City Walk Residential at its best honestly. Good soundproofing and you can tell the walls are solid. Both bedrooms have their own en suite bathroom. No need to wait in line in the morning which makes those early starts just a little less painful. There is also a separate guest bathroom out in the hall. Just works better when you have friends or family over. One thing I really liked in the main bedroom was that afternoon light. The sun floods in and just kicks off your evening in a calm way. Made me want to open a book or just take a breath before dinner.
And the best thing is gym and pool are both just downstairs. Some buildings in City Walk have nice looking facilities but never get used. Here it is different. The gym is actually big enough for more than three people and the equipment is what you will want to use. Not just for show. The pool gets direct sunlight for most of the day and it means you see the same faces from the building swimming and relaxing. You get to know your neighbors here if you want and there is a real sense of community which is rare in some parts of Dubai.
If you work from home or like to have a quiet space to get things done this apartment works for that too. I sat at a corner of the living room and checked emails. Did not feel boxed in at all. Even in the bedroom there is room for a small desk if you ever feel like you need it. Plenty of natural light in every corner so you do not miss the sun all day.
The area around City Walk Residential just feels welcoming at almost any hour. Kids on bikes parents with coffee people heading out for an evening walk. Plenty of bakeries and last minute dinner spots close. Even the Dubai Mall is just a walk away on a good day if you do not mind stretching your legs. And for anyone who drives parking is easy and business districts are never far.
The rent for this two bedroom apartment in City Walk Dubai is set at two hundred fifty thousand dirhams per year. For this amount of space and the comfort you get it feels right for this part of the city. This is the sort of apartment you can actually picture yourself living in not just passing through. If anything here feels like it might be your future home or you just want to see if the space fits your life let me know. You are always welcome to reach out for a walk through or to chat. At LuxuryProperty.com we just want your move in City Walk to feel as comfortable as possible. Sometimes the only way to know is to see it in person.
