Some evenings you'll see people heading to Marina Mall or out to Pier 7, sometimes just to hang out. JBR Beach is a short walk if you feel like getting sand between your toes before breakfast. You never feel like you have to go far to be part of Dubai's brighter side.

This part of Dubai Marina has a neighborly feel now. You see people jogging, kids on bikes, couples getting ice cream, sometimes even people just watching the world go by. It sounds a bit old fashioned but living here it just feels easy most days.
