And you do notice the sense of routine some residents have, which I think speaks well of a place.

Getting in and out is straightforward. There is a dedicated road straight to JBR and Dubai Marina. Honestly, you are never fighting traffic for long to get into the flow of the city. You can walk the boardwalk to the beach if that is more your pace. It is close enough you start to learn the staff at the local salad place by name. Community here is not just a word. You feel it when you spend some time on Bluewaters.
