Burj Khalifa, Burj Khalifa Area, Downtown Dubai
Some homes just feel different the second you step in. This two bedroom apartment right in the Burj Khalifa is one of those places. The first thing that really hit me was the view. I remember looking out over Downtown Dubai and just standing there for a minute watching the fountains go. Honestly you have probably seen videos but nothing really does it justice until you are up here looking over it all for real. You get the whole Downtown Dubai skyline through these huge windows and it is never really the same view twice. Sometimes the city glows soft and gold in the afternoon then at night you get this sweeping rush of lights. You can see the water show down below and some evenings the whole place almost feels like a private show.
Walking into the living area you get this wide open space that just makes things feel easy. There is enough room for a few friends or family and it never feels crowded. With the furniture out you could really picture yourself setting it up the way you like. The kitchen is modern and honestly feels like somewhere you would actually cook. Not just heat things up and head out. I have seen a lot of similar apartments but here the appliances just make life run smoother. There is a full size fridge tucked in nicely oven that looks like it has barely seen a pizza box stove that is simple to use plus a dishwasher so you are never stuck with washing up late at night. Even if you order in from one of the Downtown restaurants you have everything you need.
The master bedroom is big enough to not get lost in but still feels like a little retreat. It is easy to imagine having a lazy weekend morning and just letting the world pass you by for a bit. There is loads of wardrobe space so even if you love shopping more than most you have room. The bath has a deep tub and a clean shower setup so it just feels right after a long walk in the mall downstairs or a session at the gym. The second bedroom is set up for flexibility. If you have guests for the weekend or kids visiting it works well. Each room picks up a different bit of the skyline outside which is something you do not really get bored of.
The study is sort of tucked away so if you actually need to get work done or just have a quiet space to sit and think that works. Even if you want to use it for something else you have that freedom. There is good fast internet too. I checked the signal and it just never dropped so it should handle almost anything.
The amenities make living in the Burj Khalifa a whole different story. There is a swimming pool that is kept just the right temperature. Even in summer it feels good to take a dip. If you are into working out the gym is bright with views you just do not get bored of. You also get to use the lounge way up high on the one hundred twenty third floor. Sometimes people just go up with a book and lose track of time watching the city move.
One thing you start noticing after a week or so Downtown is how little you need to drive. You have direct access to The Dubai Mall so coffee shops and places to eat or just walk are always right below you. The Dubai Opera is a walk away if you are into shows. With the metro connected you can just leave the car at home. Burj Khalifa really is its own spot in the city but you do not feel cut off. Outside you will catch families out for a stroll or kids biking in the evening along the Downtown Dubai walkways.
Honestly with this apartment you just settle in and it feels like home way faster than you expect. You have a space that makes the city feel close enough to reach but still private and comfortable. The only way to really know is to come see it in person. If you ever want to walk around or have a few questions you can reach out whenever. At LuxuryProperty.com we just try to help you find a place that feels right for you and make your next move feel as comfortable as possible.
