Living here the perks are more than just inside the apartment. The building itself feels safe and looked after. Security is on point but not in your face it is just there when you need it. The swimming pool is one of those spots where you swim a little bit longer than planned just because that Burj Khalifa view does not get old. There is a gym right downstairs so you really have no excuse for skipping a morning run even if you tell yourself you are too tired. People in the building are generally friendly. Sometimes you pass neighbours on the way out who will give you a nod or chat for a second in the lift.

If you ask about location you cannot really get more Downtown than this. Dubai Mall is basically nearby you can walk if you feel like it. So is everything else. Restaurants coffee places shops cinemas everything you are ever likely to need is within a short walk or a quick drive. Sometimes on a Friday night you will see families heading out for dinner or hear the distant sound of the Dubai Fountain shows. You also get the little things you would not expect. Groceries delivered super fast kids biking on the quieter roads in the evenings the smell of fresh bread wafting from a bakery down the street.

Right now this place is vacant so there is no waiting around. If you need somewhere that just works from day one and feels easy to live in this one is ready. You can honestly just settle in and go with the flow of Downtown life.
