There is something about being on the podium level that just feels a little more open and breezy than elsewhere.

One of the best things is you really are in the center of Downtown. The Dubai Mall is genuinely close enough for a stroll even if you are just running out for a coffee or picking up groceries. Sometimes you see people heading to the Opera House with a program in their hand and you kind of remember why you wanted to live here in the first place. Burj Khalifa is right across the street and you can catch its lights on the way home at night. You really are not missing out on anything with restaurants shops and entertainment all walking distance. Morning jogs on the Boulevard are a real thing here and once in a while you spot someone biking in the early evening or a couple of people just people watching from a cafe.
