Ashjar E3, Ashjar, Al Barari
Some homes just slow you down the moment you step inside. This two bedroom apartment in Ashjar at Al Barari really does that. Even on my first visit I found myself wandering over to the balcony and just standing there for a while. The pool down below and all the greenery kind of make you forget that Dubai is right outside this calm bubble. It gets quiet here too. You do not hear city traffic. You mostly hear birds or sometimes a lawnmower in the distance. It almost feels like a secret spot if you like a peaceful morning or a spot for coffee outside with a view.
The apartment itself sits on a high floor so you look right over the landscaped pool area. It actually feels like you are on top of a little oasis. The balcony is pretty big and I am thinking you will end up spending a lot of time there whether that is sunrise tea or watching the light fade at the end of the day. The sun seems to hit the whole place just right in the afternoon. It makes the space feel bright but never too hot. On some evenings you may even catch a breeze drifting through.
Inside the layout just flows in a way that feels easy. The kitchen opens up to the living room so it does not feel boxed in. You can cook or just hang out with friends without anyone running out of space. Sometimes in newer apartments you see these tiny little kitchens but this one actually feels like somewhere you would cook for real. There is so much counter space and everything is finished in a simple modern style that feels fresh but not cold. The natural light comes in through those big windows and you will notice the hardwood floors in the bedrooms right away. They give off a bit of warmth and softness under your feet so the rooms never feel too cold or hard edged.
Both bedrooms are bigger than what you usually get. There is enough space for a cozy reading chair or your favorite big plant. Windows open wide so you get more garden views in the morning when you wake up. The bathrooms have clean lines and actually feel like a spot to relax instead of just rush through your morning routine. There's storage too which makes it all more livable. Nothing feels cramped or awkward.
This place is vacant so you do not need to wait around or imagine how it might look. You can move in right after seeing it if it feels right. And with two bedrooms and over two thousand six hundred square feet you have room to stretch out. It could suit people who love to work from home or who just want a calm place to come back to after a busy day. If you live with someone else there is enough space so you are not stepping over each other. Even a small family could fit easily.
Al Barari is famous for being one of Dubai's greenest neighborhoods and Ashjar is honestly my favorite pocket of it. There are walking paths winding past ponds and gardens everywhere. I noticed families heading down for evening walks and sometimes you see kids biking around. The wellness center is close by for a quick workout and there is always a café or two within walking distance if you feel like brunch or a quick coffee. You are close enough to the city center so getting to Downtown Dubai or Dubai Marina does not feel like a mission. At the same time you step back into Ashjar and all of the busyness just drifts away.
If you are looking for a high end apartment to rent that actually feels peaceful then this one is worth a look. The views stand out but it is the details that make it feel like home. The invitation is open. The only way to know if it feels right is to see it for yourself. If you have questions or want to talk about what living here is really like you can always reach out to me any time. At LuxuryProperty dot com we just want your next move to feel as easy as possible.
