How close is the property to public transport or major roads?
The property is within walking distance to the Palm Jumeirah Monorail, however this rail line is not currently available due to maintenance. The closest public transport networks are a 10-15 minute drive away (Al Khail, Dubai Internet City and Sobha Realty Metro Station, on the Red Line). So when living on The Palm it is most practical to have a car or be prepared to use taxis when entering and exiting.
