Ruba, Arabian Ranches 3
Some places, you step through the door and it feels like more than just another townhouse. This three bedroom in Ruba at Arabian Ranches 3 is one of those spots where you stand in the entry for a second and kind of breathe out. I remember hearing the sound of the wind in the trees outside and for a minute, it did not even feel like I was in Dubai at all.
So, the first thing you probably want to know is that all the basics are covered. The living and dining areas here are all open and full of light that just sort of pours in from outside. There was this one afternoon where I sat on the sofa and watched the clouds sliding by the windows. That whole space feels alive with daylight, especially in the mornings and late afternoon when the angle of the sun is right. It does not have that closed off feeling you sometimes get in other townhouses. Plus, the actual area is spacious, with more than two thousand square feet, so you can imagine having family or friends over and not worrying if it will feel crowded.
The kitchen got me right away. I am not a chef but it is nice to have counters that you actually want to lean on and enough room to cook a proper meal. Honestly, it feels like someone thought about real life here, not just what looks good in pictures. When you open the drawers and cupboards, they close with that soft click and every handle feels just right. You will probably end up cooking more just because it feels easy.
Bedrooms are a big one for families and each one here really feels like a personal retreat. Step into the main bedroom and, even with the city out there somewhere, it is quiet. The closets have more space than you think, so you can hang everything up and still have room for an extra suitcase or two. The other bedrooms look out over greenery and you sometimes catch the golden light of evening sneaking through the window. I sat on the edge of a bed for a bit and listened to kids playing outside. There is something about the neighborhood, actually. You just get that sense it is a safe place and kids can just be kids.
Step out back and the garden space is bigger than most. You could put a table there, maybe even a small swing for younger ones or a spot for coffee in the mornings. Birds come through sometimes and you forget about anything on your phone for a few minutes. The outdoor area just feels like an extra room, really.
Living in Ruba means a lot is close by. There is a golf course practically around the corner. Even if you do not play, the view is open and green and just gives you room to breathe. You will find parks with long pathways and benches in the shade. There is a fitness center where you actually see people coming and going in the early morning, which sort of gives you that nudge to work out. Swimming pools too, and sometimes in the evening you spot families having a swim or neighbors stopping to talk by the water. Plus, you are never far from good coffee, groceries, or even a meal out if you do not feel like cooking. The vibe is relaxed but social if you want it.
It is surprisingly easy to get anywhere from here as well. The roads are good and you can get to downtown Dubai or business areas without feeling you are stuck in the car forever. And when you get home, the gate swings shut and it all feels a bit further away. I think that is the real value here. You get peace without losing convenience.
The price is fair for something that really feels like home. Three bedrooms, your own garden, and everything set up for an easy lifestyle. Really, the only way to know if it is your next home is to come see it. If you want to walk through for yourself or just need to chat, give me a ring anytime. Here at LuxuryProperty.com we like to keep things comfortable and easy. That is how it should feel when you are finding your next place.
