Malibu Beach is just a stroll away and sometimes you see families heading that way with towels and snacks, weekends turn into little getaways without the effort. 

If you ask me it is the sort of home where everything just feels easy. Comfort and convenience without that showy vibe that some places try too hard to give. You might forget your phone for a bit and that is not a bad thing at all.
