There are lakes you can walk out to at sunset and plenty of joggers with dogs or families just strolling. Shops are near too and the little cafes always seem to have somebody waving in hello. You never feel far from a good coffee or a quick grocery stop.

This villa is vacant so you do not have to wait or worry about timelines. Getting the keys means you start fresh and right away. Like I said it is not a show villa but it hits that great spot between comfort and practical. There is an ease to this place that is really hard to find in Dubai.
