I saw a couple of neighbours walking their dogs out front when I was there, so there's always a little bit of life but never too much noise. Sometimes you even see kids riding bikes or people heading out for a morning run.

The built up area is a comfortable three thousand and sixty five square feet more or less, and the plot itself is over five thousand square feet.
