Some homes make you pause as soon as you step inside. I got that feeling right away with this three bedroom townhouse in Arabella Townhouses, Mudon. It is a Type A corner spot so it already gets some extra light bouncing around and standing in the living area you can kind of feel how the spaces just flow together. The kitchen is off to one side and it is really set up for proper cooking whether you are making something quick or planning one of those messy family meals where everyone wants to help. 

The lounge and dining stretch out right in front of you with those big sliding doors at the far end. They open so wide that one afternoon I just left them open for a while and let the air drift through. You can step straight out into the L shaped garden which is honestly one of my favorite things about this home. It is already landscaped and green but you can tell it is ready for you to make it your own. I think someone is going to have fun just putting a little table out there and maybe a couple of chairs. I remember there was enough room for a barbecue too. Kids would have room to play or if you just want to drink your coffee outside in the morning you will actually want to do it here.

On the ground floor you have a guest toilet tucked conveniently to one side. There is also a maid's room with its own bathroom and sometimes people end up using that for a bit of storage or even an office if you do not need the extra help. The window in that space makes it feel pretty okay for whatever you choose really. When you head upstairs there is a bit of an open landing that naturally leads into the bedrooms. 

First is the master bedroom. It is not massive but the proportions feel good and it does not feel cramped at all. There is an en suite bathroom with a simple clean setup. One of the things you might notice is the view out the window catches some green outside which really does make mornings a bit nicer. The other two bedrooms feel almost the same size and each has its own closet space so there is no arguing about that. You will also find a family bathroom up here that the kids or guests can share. It all feels practical and lived in not one of those show homes where you are scared to touch anything.

The Arabella Townhouses in Mudon have this reputation for being pretty family focused and I see why just being around. In the evenings I have seen kids riding bikes or families strolling along the paths between the homes. There are parks dotted around and you cannot miss the swimming pool that everyone seems to enjoy. The gym is right nearby if you are into that. And if you need groceries or a quick snack Mudon Central is down the road and there are schools close by which is a huge bonus for families. Even mosques and little cafes pop up here and there so you almost never need to go far for anything. 

Parking is easy here as you have your own covered space right by the front door. Security is laid back but always around so you feel safe without it being over the top. The neighborhood itself is pretty peaceful. Some afternoons are so quiet you forget you are only a short drive from the city. The roads here are wide so you never feel boxed in even when it is busier.

Living in Arabella really just feels easy. You get those little moments where you actually want to stay home or maybe invite a couple of friends over for tea in the garden. It is the sort of place where you almost forget your phone for a while.
