Al Reem 1, Al Reem, Arabian Ranches
Some homes just have a certain feel when you walk in. This three bedroom townhouse in Al Reem at Arabian Ranches is one of those. I remember stepping inside the first time and it was just quiet. Not the kind where you notice an echo and feel strange, but the type where you just feel relaxed and want to put down your bags right away.
The thing that pops to mind first about this place is where it sits. You are right across from the pool and the park which, if you have kids or even just like being outside, honestly makes life so much easier. I saw a few people just walking across in flip flops with towels over their shoulders. The basketball and tennis courts are just a few steps farther along and that means there is always something happening around, but you never really get the noise in your home. It is also a single row facing out of the community so there is actual privacy here. You stand by any window at the back and you just get greenery and sky. Sometimes you even see a few birds hopping along the wall in the mornings. You notice these small things more when you have space like this.
The Type 3E really gives you that. When you walk in, the living and dining area actually feels like a place you might want to spend a whole day. Light pours in from the windows in ways that just feel good. I lingered by the window for a bit. Even in summer, you still get a nice soft light in the afternoons here. Lots of space for couches and a proper dining table. Sometimes I see homes with a table squeezed in and everyone looks uncomfortable, but not this one.
The kitchen is right there, open but not in the middle of the action. It is one of those kitchens you actually want to cook in. I noticed the current tenants had a few herbs growing on the windowsill and you can imagine early breakfasts or just throwing something together for dinner while everyone else is talking in the living room. There is a little storeroom as well which honestly comes in handy for everything from cleaning stuff to sports shoes. Plus a study. You really do get a sense that you could work from home here without needing to hide in a corner.
Upstairs you have three bedrooms, all with built in wardrobes. The master bedroom feels just a bit more private, tucked at the back, and has its own en suite. You can open the curtains in the morning and see right out into the stretch of green. The second and third bedrooms share a bathroom, and both are big enough for kids, guests, or maybe a hobby room. One thing you will notice is storage does not seem like an afterthought here. There is actually space for everyone.
The garden was what caught my eye though. The plot is one of the largest for this type. You could do a lot out here. Some people put in a trampoline or extra seating or even just grass to kick a ball around. I have seen a few families put up fairy lights and have small dinners outside in the evenings. It feels private and it honestly feels bigger than you might expect.
You also get the community lifestyle that makes Arabian Ranches sort of special. There are mature gardens everywhere. Walking around the lakes in the evenings is just one of those things you forget you wanted until you do it here. The café and mini mall are close so coffee is always not far off. You will hear about the golf club and the new outdoor gym but really it is the feeling of kids biking together and neighbors waving that sticks with you. There is even a top British curriculum school on site if that helps.
The only way to know if it really feels right is to come see it. If you want to talk or just walk through and get a feel for your own routine here, just reach out. At LuxuryProperty.com, we are here to help the next step feel easy, not rushed.
