Amber, Tiara Residences , Palm Jumeirah
Some homes just put you in a good mood before you even get the keys. That is pretty much what happened to me when I walked into this three bedroom apartment at Tiara Residences right on Palm Jumeirah. Something about the light coming in from those huge windows just kind of puts you at ease and you find yourself slowing down a bit. Sometimes it is easy to forget you are so close to the city because Tiara itself just feels like its own little world.
The apartment is big. Not just by numbers although two thousand two hundred and eighty eight square feet really does give you room to breathe. But more the way the space kind of opens up as you walk through. So there is this living area that feels both welcoming and impressive at the same time. The balcony actually draws you outside without you even realizing it because the water views are that good. I stood there for a while catching a breeze and you do find yourself just zoning out watching the water and the skyline beyond. The bedrooms all have proper windows that let in plenty of sun which you will notice right away. For anyone who loves a lot of storage space there are fitted wardrobes everywhere which honestly makes life a lot easier and the main bedroom even has a proper walk in wardrobe so you will not find yourself fighting for hanger space.
The kitchen feels like somewhere that actually encourages you to cook instead of just looking nice in photos. It is fully fitted so you will not have to bring in anything extra and you really can see yourself prepping a big meal here or just making coffee in the morning with the windows open. Even just standing at the counter there is this sense that things at Tiara Residences are a little quieter than the rest of Palm Jumeirah. You do not get the feeling that apartments are stacked right on top of each other. That makes a difference.
One thing that I really liked is how the whole Tiara Residences complex is set up. There is this mix of seven towers all with their own relaxed character but sharing access to some pretty serious amenities. You have a proper infinity pool where you can actually swim or just chill out after work. The gym has all the new equipment and you will find people in there at all hours but it never feels too packed. Right outside is the private bit of the beach only for residents. So sometimes you see families down there on weekends or people just going for a run first thing in the morning. You also get five star leisure facilities which honestly makes weekends feel different. Even the kids seem to find little adventures around the place. The convenience of having Nakheel Mall just across the road is not to be underestimated. You never feel like you need to drive far for good food or shopping and I have to admit the coffee shops here are easy to get used to. Even if you forget milk or bread you can just pop over without planning the trip. Another small thing that adds up is the transport. Palm Jumeirah can sometimes feel a bit far out but actually Tiara is set just right so you are never too far from Dubai Marina or the main roads. I saw a few people heading out for work early and it just did not look like a hassle at all.
You get the feeling this place works for all sorts of people. A family definitely fits easily but it would also be great if you just want your own space and work from home sometimes. It feels social but never crowded. You see neighbors now and then and there are always a few kids around in the evenings. Plus that water view does not really get old.
The best way to know if this is your kind of place is just to come by and see how it feels. If you want a tour or have questions about living at Tiara Residences just let me know. At LuxuryProperty.com we try to keep things as comfortable and real as possible. Sometimes just seeing it in person is what you need.
