Jumeirah Gate Tower 1, The Address Jumeirah Resort and Spa, Jumeirah Beach Residence
Some places just put you at ease the minute you step inside. This three bedroom apartment at The Address Jumeirah Resort and Spa in Jumeirah Beach Residence is one of those. I walked in on a sunny afternoon and the first thing I noticed was how wide open the living space felt. There is a real sense of calm up here above it all. Even when the city is busy, you almost forget it just looking out at the coastline. You get those full sea views no matter where you pause, even when you are just standing by the window with a cup of coffee watching the waves roll in.
The space itself is generous without feeling too big. At almost eighteen hundred square feet, you feel everything is just where it should be. The living room and dining area sort of blend together so if you like having friends over or just want a night in to watch TV, it all kind of flows. The light is just great throughout the place. Honestly, I spent a bit just watching how the sun moved through the apartment in the afternoon. Makes you want to actually stay home and slow down a bit.
The kitchen here is set up for real cooking, not just takeout. You have proper counter space and the kind of layout where more than one person can move comfortably without bumping elbows. The cabinets have that clean look but they also feel sturdy. Some kitchens in Dubai look nice but are not really practical. This one is different. You can see someone actually cooked here. People always ask about appliances and here you have the right brands already in, so you do not have to stress over upgrades. You can picture yourself actually having breakfast by the window, maybe even whipping up pancakes on a lazy weekend.
The master bedroom is where you will find yourself wanting to wind down at the end of the day. It comes with its own bathroom, and the walk in closet is bigger than a lot of city bedrooms, honestly. You look out and still catch that sea view, even when you are just putting away clothes or getting ready for work. The other two bedrooms are not just an afterthought either. Sometimes apartments give you a decent main bedroom but the rest feel cramped. Here, every bedroom has proper windows and that same open view. Built in wardrobes so you do not have to worry about extra furniture. Even the maid's room feels tucked away enough for privacy but close enough to be convenient.
If you are already picturing yourself living here, you are not alone. There is something about being up high, where Dubai feels alive but not overwhelming. Downstairs you have access to the gym if you want to start your morning with a workout, or the pool if you want to just float awhile and watch the sky turn in the evening. Of course you are right by the beach, so often you will catch people heading out just for an evening stroll. The sand is clean and families are always out, so it does not feel crowded just lived in.
Plus you really cannot beat the JBR location. You have restaurants and cafes all around. Sometimes I walk out just for a quick coffee and end up wandering halfway down The Walk because there is always something going on. Grocery stores, salons, even cinemas all close by. Sometimes you even see kids biking along the promenade at sunset. It just feels easy to settle in here and actually live, not just have a place to sleep.
The property is vacant now, so you do not have to wait long if you want to move right in. It is not furnished but honestly that gives you the freedom to make it feel like home from day one. If you are curious or just want to get a feel for the space in person, let me know and we can make a time. At LuxuryProperty.com we try to keep things comfortable and straightforward, so just come see if it feels right for you.
