I remember walking in and right away you get that clear open feeling. The space just works honestly. The whole place spreads out over two thousand square feet so you are not squeezing past anything or anyone and the light fills it up by morning. Living up high like this gives you a different rhythm. You see more sky than streets and it is like you are tucked away from all the buzz but the city below keeps things interesting. I stood by the window for a bit and just let the view sink in. You really see everything up here. There is the Burj Khalifa looking kind of close enough to touch some days and you will probably catch the Dubai Fountain shows without ever moving from your sofa. The gym is one of those places where you might actually want to go especially with all the sunlight coming in. The concierge team is always ready with a greeting but they do not hover so it just feels relaxed. And if you ever feel like getting out of your apartment you can walk straight to Dubai Mall or grab something to eat at one of the restaurants nearby. Everything feels like it is just a five minute wander away. Sometimes you will see folks dressed up heading out for dinner or kids with ice cream in the evening so you always know there is energy around you but your own space still feels private.

Being in Downtown Dubai means you are in the centre of it all but you really do get a bit of quiet up here. You can run down for coffee early and still be back before the emails start piling up or just take a stroll out and you will keep discovering little corners of the city. With the metro close and taxis always around you do not need to worry about getting places at all.
