Some apartments just make you slow down for a second as soon as you walk in. That's the feeling I got with this three bedroom place in Shoreline Apartments on Palm Jumeirah. It was probably the soft afternoon light coming in those huge windows or maybe just how quiet the living area felt even with the city moving outside. For a spot right on Palm Jumeirah it honestly feels calm. And I guess that's what you want after a busy day in Dubai. 

You can really tell this is one of the bigger layouts on the market. There is no squeezing past furniture here and you do not feel boxed in at all. The open plan living area just makes sense for actual living. You will probably want to set up a big sofa and just enjoy the view for a bit. And if you cook for real or just like to pretend to cook on weekends, the kitchen makes it easy either way. I noticed there is enough space for a proper family meal or to roll out a few pizzas at midnight. It feels lived in yet fresh, and those full height windows catch the sun pretty much all day. There was even a little breeze when I stood by the window. Makes it easy to forget you are in a busy part of town sometimes.

I have even seen people grab ice cream and stroll along the walkway by Al Ittihad Park. Speaking of which, Al Ittihad Park is barely a few steps away. Sometimes the smell of fresh grass and those walking paths actually make you want to skip the lift. For shopping, the Central Mile Galleria and Nakheel Mall are right here on Palm Jumeirah so you almost never have to cross the bridge back to the mainland unless you really want to.

Getting around is honestly easy. You are a short drive to pretty much any part of Dubai you need. But I noticed a lot of people here seem happy to just stay on the Palm most days. It has that kind of community feel that you notice after a while. You will also find the building is looked after and the staff know the residents by name. Little things like that do make a difference.
