Beach Vista, Emaar Beachfront, Dubai Harbour
Some places really do change your mood right when you walk in. This three bedroom apartment at Emaar Beachfront in Dubai Harbour has that sort of atmosphere. I remember the first time I stepped inside. The sea views just pull you in. It is hard not to pause and just let it all hit you. Those windows – they really let the daylight pour right across the living area. You get soft blue light most mornings and by afternoon the sun makes everything feel lighter. Sometimes you just want to sit back for a bit and take it all in. It is one of those spaces where it is easy to slow down. Life here actually feels a little quieter even though you are in the middle of Dubai Harbour.
The open plan living and dining area is pretty generous. You will see what I mean as soon as you walk through the door. It does not feel boxed in at all. Kids or friends can hang out here and there is still room to stretch out. It smells like fresh paint now but you can really picture someone making it their own. Maybe a big, squishy couch by the window. Or if you like plants, those big windows are perfect – I saw a few spider plants in a neighbour's apartment next door, and they looked pretty happy. The kitchen is more than just one of those shiny showrooms. The counters feel solid and there is so much cupboard space you might have to remember where you put things the first few weeks. The fridge and oven actually look new and untouched. You can imagine mornings with scrambled eggs and proper coffee, maybe even regular big Sunday lunches if that is your thing. There is even a little spot by the window where you could put a breakfast table. Feels right.
You get three good sized bedrooms here. Not poky. All with their own bathrooms that are done up with good, understated fittings – the kind that will not date fast. Honestly, it all feels very thought through. Each bedroom has a view, and if you like a dark room at night the curtains do a great job too. There is a separate space for a maid or maybe even an older kid who wants their own zone. That room has its own bathroom and you can shut the door for real privacy.
Being up high means you get those full Palm Jumeirah views you see in all the Instagram shots. But seeing it day to day is different. You get used to spotting boats drifting by or watching the city lights start to come on at sunset. Some evenings there is a soft breeze when you crack a window and you can hear the faint sound of waves. It is really something you have to experience in person.
If you are worried about keeping fit, well, the gym here is better than a lot of hotel ones. There is loads of space for a proper workout and the equipment looks brand new. Plus if you are more into relaxing, that infinity pool has real wow factor. You can just float and look straight out over the water. On weekends I have noticed some people taking their coffee down to the beach, which is literally just downstairs through a private entrance. That is the thing about living here – the private beach feels like a real bonus. Not too busy, just the sound of the sea and maybe a few families making sandcastles.
You are right at Emaar Beachfront in Dubai Harbour, so pretty much everything is close by. Honestly, the Dubai Marina is about five minutes in a cab – easy for a quick dinner out or grabbing groceries. And for bigger days out you have Dubai Mall or even Burj Khalifa a short drive away. At the same time, it all feels tucked away from the rush outside. There is underground parking too, and you notice security is always on duty. It just feels easy.
Emaar Beachfront apartments do not sit empty for long these days and there is a reason for that. Still, what matters is if this particular place feels like home to you. The best way to tell is honestly just to see it with your own eyes. If you are curious, or even just wondering about the little details or the neighbourhood, reach out any time.
