Emaar Beachfront, Dubai Harbour
Some places just make you feel like you can actually breathe for a second. This three bedroom apartment in Emaar Beachfront at Dubai Harbour really gets that across the second you walk in. I have to admit when I first stepped inside I did that thing where you put your hand on the glass and just stare out. The water is right there and sometimes you forget you're in the middle of one of the best locations in Dubai. Honestly even on a quiet afternoon all you hear are the sails out on the marina and that's when this place feels different from anywhere else.
Sunrise Bay Tower 2 is a spot that folks keep talking about for a reason. It sits right along the waterfront and it feels like a resort but without that trying too hard kind of vibe. The building is modern but not cold. There are two towers actually and both climb up pretty high so you get the whole city and sea wrapped around you. You get big windows so you see the ocean turn gold at sunset and honestly some days it hardly seems real. I noticed there is always this mix of light because of those floor to ceiling windows. Even in the kitchen when you're actually making dinner you still feel a bit connected to the water.
The kitchen is genuinely made for someone who cooks for real. Not just microwave meals. All the appliances are built in and ready so you could host those lazy Saturday lunches or just make coffee in the morning when the city is waking up. I tried to picture what it'd be like to live here and honestly it just feels easy. Step onto the balcony and the breeze hits you first. I stood there for a while and watched a couple joggers go by and you just get this feeling like if you needed to clear your head this would help.
Open plan living here means you never feel boxed in. You sit on the sofa and still catch the sun hitting the water. Bedrooms are peaceful and each one feels like its own corner of quiet. It is not just about the sleeping space either. The main bedroom gives you that view you could wake up to and it never gets old. Closets feel roomy and there is space to just be yourself. The bathrooms have this clean feel. A bit like those hotels where everything is just done right. Not showy. But comfortable and well thought out.
Now I know amenities can be a bit overpromised sometimes but here the infinity pool did catch my eye. It sort of blends into the sea. The podium below has spots where you actually want to sit outside for a coffee or a bite. Sometimes you see people heading to the shops or finding their own quiet corner. Restaurants and shops are part of the set up so you never really feel like you need to go far for anything really. Plus, with the new marina stretching right up to Palm Jumeirah, there is always something to do. Even heading to Jumeirah Beach Residence is a quick thing. Some neighbors say weekends are best for just walking the whole stretch. You also notice there are families and couples not just tourists moving in and out.
And yeah, The Dubai Lighthouse is nearby. Crazy tall. When it lights up at night and you stand out on your balcony you get the whole skyline in one sweep. Taxis and buses are usually near if you need to get into the city. Even the morning joggers seem relaxed down here. Grocery runs or coffee shop trips are quick. Sometimes you'll spot the cruise ships rolling past, especially early mornings. Kind of surreal.
This place is available for rent now at a decent price and I think it is about more than just the numbers. Sometimes an apartment just fits. The only way you'll really know is by seeing it yourself. Happy to show you around or just have a chat. At LuxuryProperty.com we try to make your next Dubai move feel like an actual upgrade not just another change.
