The living space has a really open feel and you can tell people have actually lived here. There are little marks from where a table once sat or where a rug used to be but all it really does is make it feel more like a real home. The beach is a comfortable walk or a quick drive and if you love shopping Dubai Marina Mall is round the corner so you do not have to plan a whole trip just to pick up something last minute.

Al Fairooz Tower is really pretty easy to get in and out of as well. Parking is accessible lifts are fast and security is present but not too in your face. Sometimes you almost forget you are in one of the busiest places in Dubai because it just feels easy and familiar inside. It just works as a home especially if you want that balance between city living and some peace.
