Apartment Building 6, Bluewaters Residences, Bluewaters
Some places just have a rhythm you fall into as soon as you walk through the door. That happened for me in this three bedroom apartment on Bluewaters Island. You know when you step inside somewhere and the noise from everything else just drops away for a bit It was like that here. First thing you see is the light, honestly. It fills the whole place because of these big floor to ceiling windows that wrap around the apartment. I stood by one for a while just watching a boat go by across the sea. You really do get those endless Arabian Sea views that make Bluewaters so special and I think it never gets old.
The living space just opens right out from the front. There is no awkward hallway, it is all open, almost like the living room and kitchen are having a quiet conversation together. I can picture people gathering for coffee in the morning and someone always ending up out on that balcony. You will probably find yourself out there too, catching the breeze off the water or watching the sky get pink as the sun goes down. The balcony really does feel like another room, one you want to actually use not just look at through the glass.
The kitchen is proper. Not just a glossy show kitchen, but somewhere that seems like you would cook real meals, maybe breakfast with the sea right there. Storage is everywhere you look, tucked away but also easy to get to if you are the kind of person who keeps a lot of small gadgets or extra glasses. I met someone who lives in the building and they said the bills are all included for this apartment which honestly takes a bit of the hassle out of renting in Dubai. It just feels easy.
Each of the three bedrooms is a good size. No one draws the short straw here because every room has its own bathroom and a proper closet so everyone gets their space. I liked the soft hush you get in the bedrooms with the doors closed, but when you open up the curtains the natural light just spills in. Bluewaters is known for its quiet but you still hear a bit of life from the island on weekends, sometimes families walking by or people heading to the new breakfast spots. It makes it feel lived in, not too perfect.
You also have a nice little study room tucked away. I know a lot of people work from home now and this room has enough space for a real desk and some books, not just a laptop perched on the dining table. There is a utility room too and I always think that is a real plus, somewhere to toss the laundry or store bikes if you go cycling along the marina on your days off.
Location wise you could not ask for more convenient. Bluewaters puts you right between Dubai Marina and JBR, so that means you are close to the city but never far from the sea. Sometimes I wander past Hell's Kitchen or Scarlett's Bakery and you catch that warm smell of pastries drifting out in the morning. If you fancy a seafood dinner, Alici is just a short stroll away plus there are always kids on their scooters and people walking their dogs so even though Bluewaters feels exclusive it does not feel isolated.
This apartment is unfurnished, which means you get to bring your own style and really make it home. At two thousand one hundred one square feet, it gives you plenty of space to spread out. And you will notice all the little touches that make it feel right for living not just for show.
Honestly the only way to get that feeling is to come walk through it yourself. If you want to know more or set up a time to visit just get in touch. At LuxuryProperty dot com we are here to help you find somewhere that suits your life not just your checklist. No rush, no pressure just a real conversation about what fits you best.
