Apartment Building 6, Bluewaters Residences, Bluewaters
Some places you just walk into and feel a bit lighter, honestly. This three bedroom apartment in Bluewaters Residences surprised me a little like that. It is in Building 6, and there was an easy calm the second I opened the door. Maybe it is that corner spot—you get light from both sides and as soon as you look out, there is the open sea almost everywhere you turn. The views stretch all the way across the water, you see Ain Dubai looking almost close enough to touch, and you even get a peek at The Address JBR across the bay. I ended up watching a boat drift by for a few minutes because it was just that kind of afternoon.
Inside, the place feels roomy in a way that is hard to describe until you see it. Just over two thousand square feet, so you are not squeezing around anything, and the living room kind of spills out onto this really big balcony. I can just imagine mornings here—a coffee, maybe kids playing quietly, someone scrolling through news or just standing out there to breathe in that salty air. Floor to ceiling windows mean it really never feels dark, even when the sun is starting to go down in the evening. I noticed there is this golden light that comes in, and honestly, it just makes you feel good.
The open kitchen is probably my favourite bit. Sometimes you see places where the kitchen feels more for show, but this one is where you could actually throw together family breakfast or even host a few friends for a meal. Being open means you chat with everyone while you cook, and you still get those ocean views. Sometimes that is the thing that makes a house more lively.
Bedrooms are a decent size without feeling too formal. There is enough wardrobe space for storage, and since the apartment is unfurnished, you can really make it your own. You will also notice that everything just feels practical—not too fussy or showy. The bathrooms are simple but clean, and the master suite feels private, tucked away from the rest of the action. At night, if you leave the curtains open, you get the city lights off in the distance. It is quiet, except for some soft sounds from the island if you leave a window cracked open.
Bluewaters Island itself is just a good spot if you want both privacy and action. The Wharf with all those restaurants is always a short stroll. You will probably find a favourite coffee shop on your first week here—I always see someone with a fresh pastry by the water and think, that is a local already. Retail shops are handy, and there is always something happening in the plazas. Kids bike around in the evenings, couples walk along the waterfront, some people just sit on benches and talk. Even with so much going on, it never feels crowded.
Getting around is easy too. You can walk over to JBR if you want a change of pace, or just stay put and let the rest of the city come to you when you feel like it. Sometimes you almost forget Dubai's busy side is so close. Parking is simple, security is always around but never in your face. Overall, it feels like you are part of a community that does its own thing, but quietly and comfortably.
Honestly, you will know if it feels right once you come have a look. This apartment could be your quiet escape right in the middle of Bluewaters action. If you want to talk about anything or just want to take your time walking through, I am happy to help out. The only real way to find out if this is your next home is to step inside and see the view for yourself. At LuxuryProperty dot com, we just want moving to feel as easy as possible for you.
