Apartment Building 6, Bluewaters Residences, Bluewaters
Some homes just have a certain feel even before you open the door. This three bedroom apartment on Bluewaters Island does that for me every single time I visit. Maybe it's the salty breeze or maybe it's just the way the light moves around inside. Either way you slow down a bit when you step in and if you're anything like me you might just find yourself forgetting the outside world for a while.
Right away you see how much sunlight pours in here. These windows stretch all the way up and let in the views — it feels like the Arabian Sea is right there with you. There's that endless sweep of blue and boats gliding by and, honestly, sometimes you just want to make some coffee and stand on the balcony for a bit to watch it all unfold beneath you. I tried that the last time I stopped in and it was hard to leave.
The open layout in the living room and kitchen feels like somewhere you could actually spend a lazy morning or even throw together a real meal with friends around. No pointless corners just space that makes sense. The kitchen is modern but not stuffy. You have enough room to spread out and cook for more than two — and you might find you want to. The whole apartment just makes it easy to stay in if you want but also invites you out with those big windows that frame everything happening outside.
One of the best things I noticed was the storage. Built in closets in every bedroom mean no mess on the floor and, honestly, it just keeps the place feeling calm. Each of the three primary bedrooms feels comfortable and has its own private bathroom. There are little touches that make it work, like the extra guest bathroom by the living area and even a separate study. The study is tucked away just enough so if you ever want to work from home or just need some quiet to read or think you actually have a spot for it.
There's also a utility room for laundry and other things you want out of sight. Plus, honestly, the main living area is big enough where you do not feel cramped even with family or guests around. It is just a relaxed vibe from the moment you walk in.
Bluewaters Island itself is a place that always surprises people. Most of the time it is peaceful with the sound of water just around you but then you remember Dubai Marina and Jumeirah Beach Residence are just across the bridge. Walk five minutes and you can be eating breakfast at Scarlettes German Bakery or having a long lunch at Alici. Dinner at Hells Kitchen is an option when you feel like something fun and a bit lively. The coffee shop on the corner does a great flat white and I often see people just sitting outside reading under the umbrellas. You might even spot kids riding bikes along the waterfront in the evenings.
Everything is walkable here but you are tucked away enough so it always feels private. The building itself is high end but actually easy going. You get a secure lobby and friendly staff who remember your name which, in Dubai, just feels good. There are pools and a gym and spots for quiet in the landscaped outdoor areas. Parking is covered and it is simple to access.
For a space that is two thousand one hundred and one square feet you really feel that every bit of it is usable. It is so easy to imagine living here — working from the study on a weekday morning or just having a simple dinner on the balcony at sunset. The island has its own character and, honestly, sometimes you almost forget you are in one of the world's busiest cities.
You probably have questions and I can try to answer them. Or maybe you just want to come see what it's all about. The only way to really feel if it fits is to walk through in person. I am happy to show you around or just have a chat when you are free. We try to make things feel easy at LuxuryProperty.com so your next move in Dubai is as comfortable as possible.
