The pool outside would make you want to stay home on weekends. You have your own parking spot and, because of where this is, the walk to the water is nothing really, a couple minutes and you are there. Shops are close by. Even if you want to step out in the evening for coffee or dinner you could walk most places which in Dubai is kind of rare. Sometimes you see people from the building sitting outside late or kids riding bikes along the sidewalk. There is a neighborly feel even though you are in one of Dubai's top beachfront locations.
