Pearl Jumeirah Villas, Pearl Jumeirah, Jumeirah
Sometimes you just know when a house is something special before you even get to the door. That happened to me the first time I saw this seven bedroom villa in Pearl Jumeirah. You get this grand feeling right away just from the Turkish stone all over the outside and those stately columns out front. Honestly feels a bit like you are arriving at a very elegant home somewhere in Southern Europe. But then you remember you are actually right here in Jumeirah, with some of Dubai's best restaurants and parks only a few minutes away and Nikki Beach so close you might wander down on a Friday without planning it.
When you step in through the stained glass front door, what hits you first is the amount of sunlight. The foyer just opens up and marble is everywhere, which makes everything feel calm and clean. It is all in this creamy color that is easy on the eyes. I never get tired of that. The ground floor has a Majlis for when friends pop by, a full family room for evenings in, and there is even an en suite bedroom quietly tucked away from the main living areas. This bit is really useful if you have extended family visiting or want to give someone extra privacy. The layout is easy to live in and the rooms do not feel formal or fussy. You will notice the staircase too. I always do. The ironwork and wooden rails have a bit of old world charm. Gives the whole place some character.
Those marble floors keep going the whole way through the villa, even into the dining room and the wide corridors leading to the master bedroom. Speaking of that master, it is bigger than most city apartments honestly. There is always fresh air coming in from the lawn and you have these big arched windows looking out at green. Every time you wake up you see something peaceful. You walk through an archway and pretty much straight into the closet and a bathroom that feels just right for spending time in, not one of those quick in and out deals. Everything in here is finished properly with an eye for both style and daily living.
Now the kitchens are worth talking about for a minute. There are two of them, not just for show. The main kitchen has space for cooking real family meals, with proper appliances and not-too-flashy cabinetry. If you like baking or feeding a crowd, it is the kind of space where everyone can pitch in. There is also a service lobby at the back, which is great for keeping things running smoothly if life gets a bit busy. There is a maid's room and laundry tucked away and a second kitchen for bigger meal preps or celebrations. These touches matter when daily life takes over.
Head upstairs and the family landing just draws you in. It is where everyone seems to gather at the end of the day, on the balcony if the weather is good or reading by a window. All four bedrooms up here have their own bathrooms and private outdoor space. Sometimes if you time it right you get a view of the sunset from one of the balconies. You also have a separate study up here, which works as a private reading nook or home office.
The basement actually surprised me most. Usually it is just storage but here it feels upbeat and useful. There is a home cinema that is close to soundproof and extra space for children to play or for setting up a prayer room in a quiet corner. There is even a full gym with good light, so working out at home does not feel like a chore.
Once you step outside you get an idea of the plot size, which is a generous eleven thousand square feet. The garden wraps around on three sides and you can leave it wild or plant it out. The pool is cleverly set off to one corner in the back, so when you want quiet time by the water you actually get it. On calm days you hear the sea from here, and sometimes after sunset you will hear laughter and see children biking on the street.
People pick Pearl Jumeirah for that feeling of an island home that is still close to the city. Morning walks are just a bit quieter and birds are easier to hear. The coffee shop is never far and daily errands feel easy.
Honestly the only way to know if this villa is your next home is to come and see. If you want to walk through or just ask about some detail that caught your eye, get in touch any time. At LuxuryProperty dot com we like things to feel relaxed and comfortable, just the way home should.
