And speaking of the Mall, you are basically connected. You can wander straight into Dubai Mall without ever stepping out in the sun if you do not want to. The boulevard outside always has something happening whether it is families walking in the evening or that buzz when there is a fireworks show at Burj Khalifa. Restaurants and coffee places are dotted around so your favorite spot is never far. It honestly feels very alive here. 

For professionals or couples wanting to live at the heart of Downtown Dubai, this apartment gives you real quality without that stiff hotel vibe. It is vacant now so there is no wait.
