Pier 7 is close too, so evenings out with friends are kind of built into the lifestyle. Even just popping down for groceries is easy because there is both a Waitrose and a Carrefour right nearby. There are cafes everywhere. I noticed a few people heading out for a run along the water before work in the morning. Sometimes you will see kids biking along in the late afternoons.
