Residences 22, District One, Mohammed Bin Rashid City
Some homes just make you pause for a second when you walk in and this one bedroom apartment at Residences 22 in Mohamed Bin Rashid City did exactly that for me. I remember stepping into the living room and feeling the afternoon sun coming through the big floor to ceiling windows, lighting up every corner and making everything look a touch more inviting. It is already fully furnished too, so you can pretty much drop your suitcases and start living without a whole lot of fuss. There was even this little moment I stood by the window just watching the water out at the lagoon. It is clear and almost sparkles sometimes. You will see what I mean if you go.
The way this apartment is set up just feels easy really. Being a corner unit does something interesting for the vibe. You do not feel boxed in and there is a real sense of privacy. You probably will not get anyone peeking in or feeling like you are too close to your neighbors. The living area is open, spacious even though the apartment has about 767 square feet, which sounds smaller on paper but actually feels bigger in person because of the smart layout. Sometimes Dubai apartments look nice in photos, then you turn up and realize half the space is eaten up by tight hallways or winding corners. Not the case here.
The kitchen here is not just for show either. It is got enough space where you can actually cook or maybe just hang out with a friend over coffee. I could see someone really making a big pot of stew on a weekend and not feeling cramped. If you have friends over, the guest bathroom is actually super convenient and keeps your main bath private. Little things, but they matter. I also could not help but notice small touches in the finishes. Whoever picked the materials and colors here knew what they were doing. You get a kind of modern look but not so harsh that it feels cold. It is bright and still feels lived in.
One of the best things is just how the place is set up for downtime. You get this uninterrupted view of the lagoon and I found you could actually hear the water sometimes when it is quiet. Really rare in the heart of Dubai. The walking paths right below are lovely for a slow morning loop or just grabbing some fresh air in the evening. Occasionally you will see kids riding bikes or someone jogging by, especially as it gets cooler in the evenings. The mornings are especially peaceful out here. There is a real sense of space and calm that you do not always get in every Dubai rental.
Plus you are right in the middle of Mohammed Bin Rashid City and you do not have to trek far for anything. Supermarkets and good coffee spots are actually close by. If you work in the city, downtown is a quick drive, and you can get to shops or restaurants in no time. This part of Dubai is known for being upscale but it somehow manages to keep things comfortable and friendly. Not flashy, just easy.
I think for someone who wants a furnished Dubai apartment for rent in a community that actually feels like a community this place is worth a look. It is vacant and ready to go so you would not be sitting around waiting on paperwork or construction dust. Bring your clothes and you are set. Plus that lagoon view is not something you get everywhere and honestly it makes coming home something to look forward to.
Anyway words can only do so much. Sometimes you have to come see a place to get what the fuss is about. If anything here struck you or you just want to walk through, reach out anytime. At LuxuryProperty.com we do our best to make sure your next move feels as easy and real as it should be.
