Green spaces are everywhere here not just patches of grass but actual parks where people sit and unwind. You feel like you are living somewhere with balance. It is a quieter part of the city but everything is nearby if you want to step out for dinner or get to work.

Something else you might notice is the building itself has a really calm feel. There is no rush in the lobby no noise drifting up in the evenings and residents seem to respect the peacefulness. It is fully furnished so you do not need to worry about finding a sofa that fits or buying a bed on your first night. I always think that is a relief especially if you want to move in quickly or spend more time just getting to know the neighborhood.
