Collective Tower 2, Collective, Dubai Hills Estate
Sometimes a place just feels easy the moment you step through the door. That is exactly what happened to me with this fully furnished one bedroom apartment for rent in Collective Tower 2 at Dubai Hills Estate. There is something about the way the light comes in through those really big windows facing Sidra Villas. You can sit right on the edge of the bed or in the chair by the window in the morning and watch the breeze moving through the trees below. It is green out there all year which is honestly not something you find everywhere in Dubai.
The apartment itself is set up to feel pretty open. I know sometimes you see these places and they can feel a bit boxy but here the kitchen blends right into the living space. You are not cut off from anyone just because you are making a cup of coffee or lunch. The kitchen is actually meant for real use too. You have got counter space for actual cooking and if you are just heating up delivery there is enough room for that as well. I liked how all the appliances have a clean finish so everything looks tidy whether you cook much or not.
This spot is already fully furnished which makes things just more straightforward if you ask me. The sofa is comfortable and does not take up all the room. The bedroom has one of those solid beds that feels new and a functional wardrobe that does not squeak when you open it. The bathroom is bright and somehow still feels private. Sometimes in these newer buildings the chiller can be extra but here you get it free which just saves you the headache of figuring it all out with bills.
What really gets me here is the windows though. Floor to ceiling glass that just lets you see all that green out there. You catch some morning sun and sometimes you will see people out for a jog or just walking their dogs around Sidra Villas. There is even a bit of a view into the garden of the villas so it starts to feel a little like having your own green patch in Dubai.
When you talk about Dubai Hills Estate the lifestyle is a big part of it. You are honestly just minutes away from Dubai Hills Mall so if you need anything whether that is groceries or a last minute coffee run you are never far. I always see people hanging around the mall even on weeknights. If you walk out the building you can be in Dubai Hills Park pretty quick. Sometimes you see families there in the evenings and you get that community vibe which I know a lot of people are looking for.
There is a pool downstairs plus a gym and even a padel court if you are into trying something new. Even if you are not the sporty type it is nice just being able to walk into those spaces and have some options without having to drive anywhere. It feels like there are always people around but it never gets crowded. I always feel like you get a bit of privacy in Collective compared to some other communities but still the perks of Dubai Hills living.
Then there is the location. With easy access to Al Khail Road you can pretty much get to Downtown Dubai DIFC or Dubai Marina without much trouble. Weekends have a lot more options when everything is so close whether you want to go to City Walk or just stay in the area.
The rent is one hundred ten thousand AED which fits right in for a place that is this new and already set up. It is about four hundred eighty six square feet so it works for singles or even a couple who does not feel like squeezing in.
Honestly it just feels like a place you start making a new routine in without having to fix or add too much yourself. This is the kind of spot you need to walk through to really feel. So if you want to check it out or just ask anything about Dubai Hills Estate in general just let me know. We always try to make things as easy as possible here at LuxuryProperty.com.
