Al Manara Tower, Business Bay
Some places just feel like the right spot to get things done. This office space for rent up on a high floor at Al Manara Tower in Business Bay kind of made me stop and look around for a second. Not because it is all glitzy and overdone but because it just feels like somewhere you could settle into and actually do great work. When you ride the lift up you can already tell the building has a bit of a buzz. You hear people talking business in the lobby or sometimes just laughing with colleagues coming in from the cafe around the corner. It is always nice bumping into familiar faces down there too.
Stepping in, what hit me first was the sunlight. The windows here do not mess around. You get these big views across the canal with the Burj Khalifa rising up over Downtown Dubai. Trust me you will probably catch yourself staring out there now and then. The city looks different at every time of day. For an office it feels open but never cold. The space actually gives you a sense that you can breathe, which is rare in a city office to be honest. There is plenty of room across these 1,333 square feet so no one will be squashed up against each other. You could easily fit a real team in here or keep it more open if that is your style.
The place is fully furnished too so you are not starting from scratch. The desks and chairs do not creak or wobble. There is enough to just move in and plug your laptop in. If you ever worked somewhere you had to call IT to get connected you will love this. The phone lines and internet are ready to go. Sometimes people overlook the basics like that but honestly it makes day one so much smoother. You will also notice the security team is always around. It just helps to know the building looks after things round the clock.
There is a reception area that actually feels inviting. Not just a hard chair and a plant. Your clients will not be standing around awkwardly waiting. Plus there is a separate pantry so you can make tea or coffee that does not taste like old office carpet. I spent a few minutes in there and it would not surprise me if people end up having the best ideas over a simple cup of coffee. Even the washroom is tidy. Sounds like a small thing but those details matter when you are working long days.
Parking is something people always ask about in Business Bay. Here you get your own underground spaces so you do not have to circle around or move your car every hour. It is a small thing maybe but it is probably why everyone who works in this building just seems less stressed coming in every morning.
The location itself in Business Bay puts you right in the centre of Dubai's business action. Downtown is just across the canal and to be honest getting to Sheikh Zayed Road takes about the same as finishing a voice note. Dubai Mall is close if you ever need a break or want to treat the team. Plus airports and metro lines are close so if your clients or team need to come in from anywhere it is not a big deal. Around here you will always find a new spot for lunch or just a quiet walk by the water if you need to clear your head.
Sometimes in big office towers you feel like a small fish but never got that here. There is a bit of a community feel and nobody is in each other's way. You will probably see people working late sometimes but I also noticed folks heading out early to catch the sunset over the canal.
It is hard to say if a place feels right for your business just from words so the best thing is always to come and see it in person. If you want to have a look or you have questions just let me know. I am here to help you figure out if this space fits what you need. At LuxuryProperty.com we just want to make your next move feel a little easier.
All the details you need about your favorite property, neatly packed into one handy file.
