Maple 1, Maple At Dubai Hills Estate, Dubai Hills Estate
Some homes just have a way of making you take a slower breath when you walk in. This four bedroom villa in Maple at Dubai Hills Estate pulled me in right away. Maybe it is something about the natural light you get as soon as you come through the front door or that little quiet you feel even if you know you are in the middle of Dubai's busy heart. I stood by the sliding doors for a bit and watched the breeze move through the garden outside. You get just enough green out there to sit with a coffee in the morning or try out some gardening if that is your thing. Kids usually end up barefoot here by evening time and it feels like that is the way it is supposed to be.
Honestly this place brings together everything people look for in Dubai Hills Estate. The villa feels fresh and the space never feels tight. You have got two levels to live and grow into. The downstairs part is where people really hang out. That open living and dining area connects straight into the kitchen which actually feels like somewhere you would want to cook for real not just heat something up. You can chat with someone at the dining table while you make breakfast or just lean back with a cup of something after work. I heard the birds through the window on my last visit and even in the middle of the day there is this sense of calm.
The bedrooms are upstairs so when you close the door at night you get a bit of peace. Each room has its own view and I noticed the master bedroom gets the sort of morning light that makes you want to stay an extra five minutes before things get busy. There is also this big balcony off the main bedroom and honestly that spot is perfect. Sometimes you might just stand out there after dinner while the city quiets down a bit. You can see bits of the Dubai Hills Estate community and it just feels easy being up there.
Bathrooms here are airy and well put together nothing too fancy just things where they make sense. The storage is good too which you do not always get in places like this. I peeked into a couple of closets and there is actual room for suitcases boxes and everything people really have.
The outside is probably what you will love most if you like time in the sun. There is space for a small play area or maybe a barbecue setup. A few neighbors around have even made little corners with hammocks or put up swings for the kids. You can walk along the camel track just beyond the villa and honestly I have seen more than a few families out there at sunset. The community is one of Dubai's friendliest. People wave when you walk by and the coffee shop is never far. Plus the park is fairly close so you will probably see plenty of football games on weekends and kids zooming around on their bikes before dinner.
You are not far from good schools supermarkets and even the Dubai Hills Mall is pretty close if you like an evening out from time to time. Sometimes buyers worry that new builds might not feel like home right away but this one gives you a bit of both. It is comfortable from the start but there is also plenty of space to make it your own.
The rent is two hundred ninety thousand AED for the year which honestly lines up with what people around here are paying considering the quality of living at Dubai Hills Estate. You get a built up area of around two thousand four hundred and sixty two square feet and a plot of about two thousand nine hundred and twenty five so there is a real sense of openness and potential.
Best thing you can do is come and have a look for yourself. It is hard to tell from just a description if a place feels right for you and your family.
