Maple 2, Maple At Dubai Hills Estate, Dubai Hills Estate
Some homes honestly just make you pause for a minute when you walk in. This one in Maple at Dubai Hills Estate definitely made me stop and smile. Maybe it was all that bright morning light coming through those big windows or maybe the little bit of green outside that just feels calming. You open the door and it just feels easy.
So this four bedroom villa is actually vacant right now. You almost expect to hear echoes when you step through since it is empty but it has this warm energy anyway. The layout makes sense. The living and dining area just flows together with the sort of open plan that never gets old. You can stand in the kitchen and watch everyone chatting in the living room or keep an eye out back while something simmers.
The kitchen feels like someone should actually use it. Real meals. Late night coffee. It has these smooth cabinets and the kind of appliances people actually want rather than just what looks shiny. If you like to cook or experiment a bit it works. And if you are like me and just heat up last night's leftovers sometimes, it still feels good.
The bedrooms are all a decent size. You walk in and you do not feel cramped at all. The closets are tucked in so storage is super easy. The main bedroom, honestly, is nice. There is an en suite bathroom that has a simple vibe. It is a space you could actually start and end your day in without wanting to change a thing. And the other three bedrooms each have their own little feeling to them. I like that you could turn one into a quiet office if you wanted or keep it for when family visits. There is a maids room too. Always handy for a bit of help or even extra storage if you do not need the space.
Now the private garden out back is one of my favourite parts. It is big enough to play around with but not so much you spend an entire weekend mowing or trimming. Imagine a few friends sitting outside or maybe the kids running around. Sometimes you will just stand there early in the morning and take a phone call. It really is peaceful. The garden has been kept up well with some nice touches so you do not have to start from scratch.
Maple at Dubai Hills Estate is known for being great for families and honestly you notice straight away. There is always someone out on a bike or pushing a stroller in the evenings. The parks are green and all through the neighbourhood you get these pathways that wind around. There are also swimming pools and a fitness spot that actually has good equipment if that is your sort of thing. I saw some people swimming when I last passed by and it looked like a good way to start the day. Plus the cycling tracks go for quite a stretch so if you like a long ride you will like it here.
This part of Dubai Hills Estate is close to Dubai Hills Mall. I have dropped by there myself and it is useful for everything from groceries to new shoes when you need them in a hurry. Some good coffee shops there too. Top rated schools and a few healthcare clinics sit just around the corner. So if you have kids or like to stay organised with appointments, life gets a bit simpler.
Getting to Downtown Dubai does not feel like a mission either. Quickly on the main road and you are there before you know it. I always say it is worth checking commute times for yourself, but you really do get some of the best of city life mixed with quiet here.
The villa itself has had some upgrades that stand out. Nothing showy. Just things that make it feel up to date and ready to move into. The built up area gives you more room than you might expect spread across the plot.
Anyway you never really know how a place feels until you see it and walk around so if you want to have a look or chat it over let me know. We are always here to help at LuxuryProperty.com and you are welcome to pop by or just call if you want to talk more. Sometimes it is those little details that make a house actually feel like home.
