Maple 1, Maple At Dubai Hills Estate, Dubai Hills Estate
Some places just have this gentle pace to them and honestly this four bedroom villa in Maple at Dubai Hills Estate is absolutely one of those. The first time I walked up this road it felt a bit quieter than other spots in Dubai Hills Estate. You get these perfectly clipped hedges and that summer grass smell that comes straight out from the green gardens. There is always some life around. Kids are wandering home from school or playing catch in the street but even then it never gets noisy. Instead you hear laughter from the backyards and sometimes someone calling the kids home for dinner. This place just makes you slow down a bit and want to let the day sink in.
Stepping inside the villa the first thing you really feel is the light. Those big floor to ceiling windows in the living room let the outside filter in and when the sun moves across in the afternoon it just sort of dances across the floor. I found myself just standing still for a while watching birds in the garden outside and to be honest it is the kind of moment that makes you forget your phone for once. The living and dining spaces flow right together and everyone ends up in the same room. I always think those sorts of layouts are what make real home life happen. Nobody left cooking alone or missing out on a joke. You get this easy togetherness and even with friends around people naturally settle in.
The kitchen here is no fuss and all practicality. You can actually imagine making pancakes with the kids on a Saturday or trying out a new recipe for friends. One of the things I noticed straight away is that everything is already fitted or thought out so you do not come in wishing there were more shelves or searching for where to put stuff. The window over the sink faces out to the backyard so if you are making tea or doing the dishes you still see the neighbor walk by waving or the birds hopping along the fence. It is honestly a kitchen that gets used not just shown.
Upstairs the bedrooms all have this cosy hideout feeling. Each one has its own private bathroom and that just makes those morning routines so much easier trust me. If you have guests nobody is knocking for a turn and if you have teenagers well everyone appreciates their space. Closets are a bit bigger than you usually see around Dubai and if you leave the curtains open it just fills with morning light and greenery. I have caught a few dog walkers heading past or just found myself watching clouds over Dubai Hills Estate for longer than I realise. None of the rooms feel cramped or boxed in which is one of the first things people ask about these kinds of places.
The backyard is actually my favourite bit. If you call yourself a garden person already you will love it. If you never cared much you might just find yourself becoming one here. It is the perfect spot for coffee in the morning when the birds are busy or a lazy family lunch on the grass. Sometimes kids zoom by on their bikes right past the back gate and you will see families out for a picnic in the community park. This villa is one of the few with its own gate onto the park which honestly feels like a little hidden bonus. Makes it so easy to pop out for a walk with the dog or let the kids run wild for a bit.
Dubai Hills Estate as a whole really does have a village in the city feel. There is a mall only minutes away by car so groceries are never a chore. Coffee shops and breakfast spots are dotted all over and you might just end up wandering out for a movie night on weekends. There are running and walking trails everywhere and the evenings always have this laid back mood. Occasionally the loudest thing you will hear is the hum of somebody's lawn being mowed in the distance.
One thing a lot of people care about is space and honestly this plot gives you more than you would expect. With over three thousand square feet of land outside and about two thousand four hundred built up inside it feels generous but never overwhelming. It is not trying too hard to be flashy. It just feels right for a family or anyone wanting the days to feel a little less rushed.
You really have to stand here to get the vibe for yourself. If you want to walk through or there is anything you want to know just ask. At LuxuryProperty.com we just want your move to Dubai Hills Estate to feel as comfortable as possible.
