Entertainment Foyer, Islamic Clusters, Jumeirah Islands
Sometimes you walk into a place and it's like the air changes a little. That was the feeling I had the first time I stepped into this four bedroom villa in the Islamic Clusters at Jumeirah Islands. Honestly it just has a kind of calm about it. Maybe it is the way the sunlight comes through those big windows in the living room or maybe it is catching a glimpse of the lake outside. Whatever it is you sort of slow down. Shoes off kind of place. You might even forget you are just here for a viewing.
So here it is. This villa is vacant and fully upgraded which already makes a difference. You get space to breathe with a plot that feels big even by Jumeirah Islands standards. I walked out to the garden and stood by the pool for a bit and you can really picture yourself out here in the cool evenings maybe with the fire pit going or just listening to the water. There is a quiet feeling in the Islamic Cluster. You see people out for a jog or on bikes some evenings and it is always peaceful but never isolated. The community stays friendly but not too busy.
Inside you'll notice that nothing feels thrown together. The kitchen is Italian and you can tell whoever designed it cared about cooking for real not just displaying shiny appliances. The Miele appliances are the kind that last so you do not have to worry about any broken handles or doors that never close right. Plenty of space to cook a big dinner or just stand by the counter with a coffee and look outside. I am a fan of the gunmetal and brass touches too. Every corner feels like it matches but still warm. The travertine flooring is easy on the eyes and underfoot. You get that luxury look but it does not feel cold or too new. Just a good balance of classic and fresh.
The main living area is set up in what is called an entertainment foyer. Fancy phrase but really it just means it feels open and welcoming. You could easily see where the sofa would go and where you would want to put your favorite chair. There is a separate room for a maid or nanny plus a laundry room that is not just a closet in disguise. It is the kind of practical feature you do not think too much about until you actually live in a place.
Bedrooms upstairs feel private and bright. The master gets some really nice light in the morning. Bathrooms are done up to a high standard but they do not try too hard. Good water pressure too. I checked. The smart home system is set up and ready which is great if you like controlling things from your phone or just enjoy a bit of tech. Never overwhelming though. Sometimes I find you just want to open the doors and hear the kids by the pool or maybe the birds in the garden. And yes the garden has been taken care of. Grass is green and landscaping still feels natural not overdone.
Jumeirah Islands always has a bit of a reputation for exclusivity and the Islamic Cluster in particular is known for being one of the most architecturally interesting pockets here. You notice the details in the tiles and the little touches that are unique to each villa. Parking is easy. Security is on point. And the local shops and coffee spots are not far at all. Sometimes you see neighbors grabbing a takeaway coffee in the morning or walking their dog along the lakeside paths.
The villa is ready to move in. No waiting around. Price is set at two million AED. If you are looking for a home that feels both sophisticated and simple this is a rare one for rent in the heart of Jumeirah Islands. The only real way to know for sure if this could be your next home is to come and see it with your own eyes. If you have any questions or just want to do a walk through get in touch whenever you like. At LuxuryProperty.com we try to make your next move a little easier and a lot more comfortable.
