Entertainment Foyer, Islamic Clusters, Jumeirah Islands
Some homes really surprise you. This villa in the Islamic Clusters at Jumeirah Islands did that for me as soon as I walked up the drive. There is something about the way the air feels a bit quieter out here. I actually stood outside for a minute just listening to the rustle in the palms. The villa itself sits on quite a sizeable plot so you do not feel pressed up against your neighbors but you are not cut off either. That middle ground is so hard to find in Dubai and here it just works.
Inside you notice right away how much space you actually get. The foyer has this wide open stretch and so much natural light comes in that it puts you in a good mood even before your shoes are off. Stone floors underfoot keep things cool and honest to god the layout just feels easy. They say Vastu is good for harmony and maybe there is something to it. You can move from the lounge to the dining space and into the garden without bumping elbows or losing sight of the kids or guests. It is the sort of place where you could just as easily host a noisy dinner or find a quiet corner with a book. I love how the living room looks out to the garden so you always feel connected to whatever is happening outside.
When I stopped in the kitchen it did not feel like some showroom nobody actually uses. You have all the proper appliances and a big stretch of counter just waiting for someone to get flour everywhere baking bread or trying out something new. Real storage too not just a couple cupboards jammed in. It is the sort of kitchen that makes you want to cook and not just heat up takeout again.
Four bedrooms in total and they each have their own feel. The main suite is one of those spots where you could sleep in late or just sit by the window for a while with coffee. Big windows make it bright and fresh and the wardrobe is honestly big enough for anything you throw at it. The ensuite feels more like a spa than a regular bathroom with double sinks and this big soaking tub I could probably spend hours in. Other bedrooms are perfect for kids or guests or even if you want to set up a study and work from home. Plenty of storage and clean simple bathrooms where you do not have to compromise. There is a maids room here too so if you have live in help or just need extra space for all those boxes you swear you will unpack one day it is sorted.
Since the villa is unfurnished it is a real blank canvas. Go bold or keep it simple whatever feels right. That first day of making it yours is always a bit magic. Sometimes it is nice to have a place start fresh.
I have to say though the garden is where you will make most of your memories. Palms are all around and the grass stays soft and green underfoot. The pool in the back feels like a holiday spot honestly where you can see your kids splashing or just float after a long day. There is an outdoor kitchen and a built in BBQ that makes it easy to host everyone on those Dubai evenings that are just cool enough. Evenings here would be a mix of kids running on the walkway and grownups hanging out long after dinner. There is something about the landscaping at night too the garden lighting is just enough for you to want to stay outside with a cup of tea.
Jumeirah Islands itself is one of those places people end up staying for longer than expected. Lakes wind all around and parks are just a few minutes walk. You see people out running in the mornings or heading to the gym at the community centre. There are tennis courts playgrounds and small shops dotted about but you never feel in the thick of it. The city is close enough for a quick drive to work or school but home feels a world away from the traffic and rush.
At seven hundred fifty thousand AED this is a lot of villa for the rent. Plenty of room to stretch out and a real sense of peace. The only way to know if it fits your day to day is to come see it in person. If you have questions or just want to walk through for a bit I am always here. At LuxuryProperty.com we want your next move to feel comfortable like something you can settle into not just another house on a list.
All the details you need about your favorite property, neatly packed into one handy file.
