Camelia 1, Camelia, Arabian Ranches 2
You know, some places just make you want to breathe in a little deeper as soon as you arrive. This four bedroom villa in Camelia at Arabian Ranches 2 had that feeling for me. The sun hit the front of the home late afternoon while I was there and I found myself wondering if I'd ever bother closing the curtains at all. There is just something about the way the light pours through, especially in the open plan living and dining area. Honestly, you do not get that boxed in feeling here at all. It is all easy flow, wide open, not formal, but tasteful and welcoming. You'll probably walk in and just want to linger near the big windows for a bit, at least that is what happened to me.
So the kitchen is right off the main space and it actually feels like somewhere you would cook, not just drop off takeout. Plenty of room for a proper cooker, a big cool fridge, even one of those huge freezers if you like stocking up. There is a sort of homey energy in the kitchen, and I noticed it the minute I heard the click of the cabinets shutting. Plus, you are never far from everyone else in the house so it is easy to chat while preparing a meal.
Right on the ground floor, there is a bedroom that opens up to the garden. Sliding doors make it feel even bigger and if you have guests or maybe an older family member staying over, having that ground floor access is pretty handy. Wardrobes are all fitted, which is honestly underrated until you try living without them. Two sets of these sliding patio doors from the main living space too. So when the weather cools after summer, you could unlock everything and let the home breathe. I can picture kids running in and out or someone setting up an easel out on the grass.
And speaking of gardens, the plot is seriously generous. What I liked is this spot sits on a corner and it is what estate agents call single row, which basically means no one peering in over the backyard. The garden is ready for you to make it your own. I always imagine a big hammock in one corner. Sometimes you see neighbors working on their plants in the evenings and the community just feels alive like that. In Arabian Ranches 2 you do not feel closed off. You can say hello to the dog walkers or hear children playing at sunset.
Back inside, head upstairs and you will find three more bedrooms. There is nothing โhotelโ about these rooms, they are meant to be lived in. Every bedroom comes with closet space already built in, so no stressful Ikea trips, thankfully. The real treat is the terrace. It is wider than you expect, perfect for some loungers or even a breakfast table. The master bedroom is tucked away at the end so you get a little more privacy. There is an en suite in there which just makes mornings run smoother when everyone is getting ready. You also get lots of storage choices which you only really notice when you have had places with none.
The community is honestly one of the nicest parts. Camelia in Arabian Ranches 2 still feels new and it is lively without being noisy. There is a swimming pool where you see both grownups and kids having a splash, plus a modern gym that actually makes you want to try working out. Playgrounds are dotted through the area and every now and then you catch a whiff of barbecues drifting through in the evening. The closest coffee shop is only a short stroll and schools are never far either.
So this villa has four bedrooms and a big heart. Two thousand two hundred square feet of built up space and three thousand five hundred feet of land to spread out. It is available for rent at two hundred thousand AED. I could talk about it all day but really, homes like this are about the feeling you get when you step inside. The only way to know for sure if it fits you is to come by. Happy for you to ask anything or just come for a look whenever works. At LuxuryProperty dot com we want your move to feel comfortable from day one.
