You are close enough to get to Meydan Racecourse or Downtown Dubai in only a few minutes but honestly once you settle in here you might not want to leave that often. Top schools are not far which makes school runs a bit less painful and weekends can be as lively or laid back as you want. It is vacant right now and ready when you are.
