Maple 1, Maple At Dubai Hills Estate, Dubai Hills Estate
Some houses make you slow down as soon as you step through the gate, and this four bedroom townhouse in Maple at Dubai Hills Estate gave me that feeling right away. Sunlight just pours into the living room and it is honestly the kind of space where you can throw your keys down and relax for a bit. Plus there is something about being on a corner plot and single row here, it feels private without ever feeling shut in. I stood outside for a moment and heard birds overhead, not cars, and that just never gets old.
Downstairs you have all the living space opening right onto the garden. The thing about this garden is it wraps right around the house, so you always have somewhere shaded or sunny depending on the mood. I could see a little herb garden growing along the fence and maybe a barbecue spot near the sliding doors. The kitchen is actually set up so you can cook for real, not just heat up a takeaway. There is a maid's room right on the ground floor, tucked away so it never gets in the way. If you have grandparents or anyone who does not want to head upstairs, there's a proper bedroom and bathroom for them here too.
Upstairs is peaceful. The master bedroom has this wardrobe that actually fits everything you need three suitcases, suits, all that. Plus the ensuite is bigger than it looks in pictures. I liked the balcony in the morning sun. Sometimes you hear the kids in the neighborhood heading off to school or see families walking their dogs. The other two bedrooms upstairs are both good sized, not just for kids but also for working from home. I noticed the internet here is especially strong, which is never guaranteed everywhere in Dubai.
Honestly, what I keep noticing about Maple at Dubai Hills Estate is just how family friendly it is. There are parents chatting on the corner after the school run, you see kids playing basketball and riding bikes in the evenings. All the shared stuff is close by, so the gym and pool are basically just at the end of the road, but you do not get the constant noise. It just feels easy. The park spaces are more than green patches. People really use them. On weekends you spot families setting up picnics with music playing while someone starts a round of football.
Location wise, living in Maple puts you right at the heart of Dubai Hills Estate. Getting downtown is quick. Heading for a day out on the Palm is pretty easy with the roads here. Plus there is the new Dubai Hills Mall for errands or grabbing coffee. I tried the bakery there next to the big fountains and honestly the croissants are worth stopping for. There is also the championship golf course if that's your thing or if you just like walking somewhere green with amazing views.
The house itself is really built for real life. Storage space you can actually use and it does not feel overly modern or clinical like some new places. The windows are big but you can always close the blinds and cozy up. Sometimes I notice places look better in photos but here the light and the space feel even bigger in person.
The rent is good value for Dubai Hills, especially with the size and the corner plot. At two thousand four hundred eighty six square feet of built up space and a three thousand six hundred ninety five square foot plot, you can breathe a bit. There is enough room for growing families or anyone who just appreciates a bit of extra space.
Best way to really feel what I mean is to come see it for yourself. If you have any questions or just want to walk through and get a sense of how it lives, reach out any time. At LuxuryProperty.com we try to make moving as comfortable as possible, no pressure ever. Sometimes you find the right house just by spending a little time in it.
