Maple 1, Maple At Dubai Hills Estate, Dubai Hills Estate
Some homes just feel easy right from the front door and honestly that was my first thought stepping into this four bedroom townhouse at Maple in Dubai Hills Estate. It's not one of those places where you have to imagine what life could be like. It's already there. It's quiet most days around here too unlike some spots in the city. A few early birds head out for morning walks while the sun comes up and if you stand on the edge of the wraparound garden you can just about spot them strolling along the garden pathway. The single row spot means you do not really have neighbors peeking in which is just great for that bit of calm privacy.
Inside it just feels like a real home for living not just for showing off. The living room flows right into the dining spot in a way that's simple and honest. There is space for a big couch plus still room if you want to actually lay out or even do some stretches on the floor if you are into that kind of thing. The kitchen sits close where you can actually cook for real not just heat up leftovers. I stood by the counter and you can see out the window to the garden which makes mornings that much better. There is a bedroom downstairs which just works so well for guests or anyone who does not love stairs and the extra bathroom down here keeps things practical.
Upstairs you will notice light streaming in along the hallway all afternoon. Each bedroom has its own feeling. The master suite at the end is bigger than you expect with its own bathroom attached and a dressing area that honestly you might find becomes your favorite part just because of how easy it makes getting ready. The other two bedrooms do not feel small which is actually kind of rare. If you have kids or guests or are setting up an office one can easily switch things up here. I even sat in one for a bit and you hear birds more than cars.
The maid's room is also on the ground floor with its own en-suite and I was thinking if you do not need it as a bedroom it could be a tidy laundry room or maybe a place for extra storage. You need that in real life.
I had a little walk outside and people in Maple 1 really use the shared spaces. Some afternoons you will see families at the swimming pool or parents chatting by the playground while kids go wild. The gym is big enough so you do not usually have to wait and the basketball and tennis courts are often busy in the evenings. The whole community just has this steady rhythm. Sometimes you see kids on bikes racing to catch up with each other and plenty of people smile as you pass.
Location wise you are close to everything. Dubai Hills Mall is right here so you do not have to drive for ages for coffee shops or a quick shop. There are international schools five to ten minutes away so mornings feel less rushed. Downtown Dubai is not far at all and if you work near the Marina or want a beach day you are there just with a short drive. You still get this peaceful neighborhood feeling though which always surprises me considering how near it is to the center of the city.
What you will probably notice if you come by is just how livable this townhouse is. The garden is all around so you can have a little barbecue or grow some flowers and hardly anyone wanders by except maybe a neighbor walking their dog. It just feels comfortable and not showy.
If you are thinking about moving to Dubai Hills Estate or just looking for a townhouse that actually feels like home this could be worth a walk through. The only way to know if it fits you is to come see it. I am always around if you want to chat ask questions or just walk through together.
