Veneto Villas, Trevi, Damac Hills
Some homes make you just want to stand still for a minute and breathe it all in. That is exactly how I felt when I walked into this five bedroom villa in Trevi at Damac Hills. You almost do not even notice the sound of the city drifting away behind you. There is something here that just feels calm and open. Maybe it is the way the sunlight pours straight through those tall windows onto the tiled floors. Or maybe it is the golf course view out back. You stand at the glass doors and you can see for ages. The whole world slows down a bit when you are here.
The size of it really gets you straight away. Inside is more than four thousand three hundred square feet so there is space to live the way you actually want. The garden wraps all the way around the villa and with a plot of about six thousand nine hundred square feet it just feels wide and private. Everything is new but it does not shout about it. The living room is proper family size and has those sliding glass doors you want to keep open all winter. I watched the afternoon light move across the walls and honestly pictured weekend breakfasts with the kids running in and out into the garden. There is a real kitchen here. Not a show kitchen you only use for takeout. You feel like you would actually enjoy cooking dinner or just making coffee and spending the morning with the door cracked open. All the appliances are new and there is a separate entrance for the maid's room which keeps things private for everyone.
Once you get upstairs it feels even brighter. The landing gives you this extra little space that could be whatever suits your life. I have seen people throw a beanbag and some books up there for a reading spot or set up a desk and call it a work area. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with good space and built in wardrobes so no one is lining up in the morning trying to get ready. The master suite stands out right away. There is a balcony that looks straight out over the Trump International Golf Course and the view stretches for miles. When I was there the sun was just dropping and you could see the greens turn golden. The bathroom feels like a little spa at home with a jacuzzi bath and walk in shower.
The garden space is just easy and inviting. I walked around and kept thinking it could be anything. Everything is landscaped so you have a fresh start and the private swimming pool will be ready before you move in which is nice since summer is coming up. I could picture barbecue evenings with friends or just floating in the pool after a long workday. It is that kind of place. Kids have space to play and even grown ups will find their own corner.
Living in Damac Hills really is different. You get parks filled with kids on skateboards and there is a football pitch that always has a match in the evening. Even tennis courts if you feel like getting outside. There are walking paths for early morning strolls and local coffee places where you start to see the same faces. Sometimes you spot horses out in the distance with riders from the local stables. It feels like a real community. Plus for anyone with kids Jebel Ali School is just up the road so those chaotic morning school runs get pretty simple.
Getting around is simple too. You are right on Al Qudra Road and Hessa Street is close by so whatever your routine looks like work or weekends it is all within reach. Dubailand is growing and you are surrounded by gyms markets cafes all the stuff you actually use day to day.
Honestly the only way to know if it is the right move is to walk around and feel it for yourself. Reach out if you want to have a look or just talk things through. At LuxuryProperty dot com we try to keep things comfortable and never a rush. Your next home only needs to be right for you.
