Plus for anyone with kids Jebel Ali School is just up the road so those chaotic morning school runs get pretty simple.

Getting around is simple too. You are right on Al Qudra Road and Hessa Street is close by so whatever your routine looks like work or weekends it is all within reach. Dubailand is growing and you are surrounded by gyms markets cafes all the stuff you actually use day to day.
