Terra Nova, Arabian Ranches
Some homes just have that comfortable feeling when you first walk in and honestly this five bedroom villa in Terra Nova at Arabian Ranches is definitely one of those. I remember being there not long ago and straight away you get that sense of openness. The streets around here almost slow you down as you drive in because it is all so green and peaceful. In the mornings everything feels pretty quiet with only the sound of the birds outside instead of city noise. The grass around the house is properly soft underfoot too. You do not really notice things like that until you see kids taking their shoes off just to run around on it.
Now if you have ever looked for a villa for rent in Arabian Ranches especially a Type 15 villa you probably already know they are not so easy to find. This one is actually ready now so no waiting at all. It is been kept in good condition. The built up area just feels more generous than you expect with more than four thousand square feet so you never feel crowded. The plot is big too with lots of space outside. Maybe you want a proper garden or even a little spot for a weekend football game. There is room for a barbecue and I could just picture a few sun loungers out there for lazy afternoons. It actually feels like a family house where you could live for years.
As you go inside the open plan kitchen and living area actually works really well. Sometimes these open spaces just do not quite feel right but here you can see yourself actually cooking or even having friends over for baking or group dinners. It is bright with tall ceilings and the light changes during the day. I found myself looking out of the window just to watch the movement of the sun across the garden. The kind of spot where you might leave your phone in another room and not even notice. The dining space is big enough for proper family meals or small gatherings and you can open the windows and sometimes just hear the rustle of the trees or even crickets if you are around in the evenings.
There is also a bedroom downstairs with its own ensuite which is honestly really handy. Perfect if you have guests or family visiting because it is separated enough for everyone to have privacy. Not all villas in Arabian Ranches have that. Upstairs you have four more bedrooms and honestly every one of them feels nicely sized. The master bedroom stands out with its ensuite and a balcony that catches the sun in the afternoon. I could see myself having a coffee or reading a book up there with a view over the garden. Another bedroom upstairs is ensuite too which is great especially if you have teenagers who like their own space. The other two bedrooms share a jack and jill bathroom which really helps on those busy school mornings. No fighting over sinks or mirrors. Upstairs there is also a second living area which you might use as a playroom or even a homework station where you can still be part of everything else going on in the house. The balcony up here looks out over the garden so you can keep an eye on things.
The sense of community in Terra Nova is real. You notice people know one another and you see children biking in the streets later in the day. Sometimes people wave from their golf carts heading for the club. There are plenty of parks green spaces and even a swimming pool and tennis courts not far away. It is the kind of place where you can walk to the bakery in the morning for fresh bread and maybe stop at Hamptons cafe for coffee. There is even a small barbershop and a supermarket which makes life pretty easy. Everything feels easy at Arabian Ranches and you honestly do not have to leave the area for most things.
The villa is vacant now and available for rent so you could settle in pretty quickly. If you want to come see it for yourself or just talk about the area or the villa I am happy to help whenever. The only real way to know if this feels like your next home is to walk through it in person. At LuxuryProperty.com we always aim to make moving feel just that little bit easier.
