Picadilly Green is part of DAMAC Hills which is known for its calm almost park-like feeling with playgrounds lots of green space wide driveways and you are never far from the Trump International Golf Club if that is your thing. The community is family friendly which you really notice on evenings with people out walking dogs or riding bikes and still you are only a short drive away from Dubai's shops and restaurants.

Just so you know this villa is vacant and ready for immediate move in. It comes unfurnished so you genuinely get to make it your own. The built up area is a roomy five thousand two hundred and twenty square feet on a plot that is six thousand eight hundred eighty one square feet.
