Master View, Mediterranean Clusters, Jumeirah Islands
Some homes almost ask you to take a breath and slow down the second you walk through the door. That is what happened the first time I visited this five bedroom villa tucked right inside the Mediterranean Clusters at Jumeirah Islands. Maybe it was the way the sunlight hit the lake out back or just how calm it felt stepping across the foyer with that just cleaned scent lingering in the air. There is a quiet confidence about the place. You stand in the entry and there is this wow of space all around you. With more than eight thousand square feet inside and a plot that is even bigger than that twice over you never feel boxed in for a second.
This villa is not furnished right now so you really get to imagine your own pieces fitting in here. I like that the rooms do not try too hard. Nothing is flashy just thoughtfully finished and all kind of flows one into the next. The living room is the kind where you could see yourself reading with your feet up or gathering everyone on movie night and it would not feel crowded. The ceilings seem a little taller here too or maybe it is just the amount of window space letting in the view from every angle. You will spot the main lake sparkling through most rooms. Early morning is especially peaceful. I actually caught a few birds hopping along the water's edge and that is just not something you get everywhere in Dubai.
Each bedroom has its own bathroom and honestly that is just easier if you have more than a few family members or guests. You step into any of the suites and they feel private no matter which side of the villa you pick. Kids get plenty of closet space here. And original hardwood doors close softly which is the kind of small detail you start noticing once you spend time onsite. The main kitchen just feels real to me. Not just for quick reheats but set up so you could actually make a home cooked meal every evening if you wanted. Cooking becomes a little more social with two kitchens so you could have friends helping or keep your coffee setup away from the main space entirely.
The little library is my favourite room actually. It is tucked just far enough from the main flow that you kind of forget about your phone and settle in with a book or maybe do some work if you feel like it. The vibe there is calm and never stuffy.
Outside is really where the villa stands out. You step through the back doors and you get this huge landscaped garden where it looks like someone actually took their time with the planting. That big private pool sits where you can watch the lake while you swim and it is been upgraded so water looks extra clear under the sun. It is the sort of spot where kids end up running barefoot across the grass until dinner time. I have seen a few of the neighbours having late tea by the water's edge which probably tells you something about the pace of life here.
You are not short of space for cars either. The parking area is secure and easy to get to not tucked miles from the entrance. Day to day living feels simple. If you wanted to host family for the holidays or just keep things quiet and private you can do both here. Jumeirah Islands has this community feel but it is never too over the top. People say hello in the mornings sometimes and you will notice the coffee shop is never too far for a quick break.
This five bedroom villa in the Mediterranean Clusters really is a different pace from city living. It gives you privacy without feeling isolated and lets you fit as much or as little into your days as you want. You are close to all the main roads but the noise never follows you home. Sometimes you honestly just stand in the garden a little longer than planned and forget your schedule.
The only way to know if it feels right is to come see it for yourself. If you want to walk around or just talk things through reach out anytime. At LuxuryProperty.com we try to keep your next move as easy and comfortable as possible.
