It is quiet up here except for the call of birds, and honestly sometimes you'll just forget what time it is.

Day to day life here is easy. Coffee shop is never far and supermarket runs are simple. The beach is right here, so morning walks on the sand can be part of your routine. I have seen neighbors bringing out their dogs and you'll hear kids laughing in the garden now and then. It is a real community but with all the privacy you want.
